Delivering delay and disruption expertise

Stuart Davey
has an MSc. in Construction Law and Arbitration from King's College London, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Society of Construction Law. He has particular experience internationally with disputes under FIDIC. He is widely experienced in engineering and construction dispute resolution producing expert quantum and contract claim analysis reports. He has been responsible for the provision of quantum and dispute related services to employers, contractors and sub-contractors, dealing with construction on roads, bridges, airports, railways and power projects as well as the more general areas of building and civil engineering projects.

David Richards
is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Arbitrator and is widely experienced in engineering and construction claim and dispute resolution. He has been appointed as arbitrator on approximately seventy occasions and adjudicator on thirty five occasions. For the past 10 years he has, almost exclusively, given expert opinion evidence in the area of delay and disruption assessment and cost evaluation on matters involving delay in excess of two years and sums in dispute up to £200million. He has also been appointed member of a Dispute Resolution Board and has undertaken expert determinations. David Richards was on the Society of Construction Law committee for the development of the Protocol on Delay and Disruption. He has been a member of the RICS Contracts Panel.

Graham Streater
has an MSc. Construction Law and Arbitration from King's College London and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building. He is widely experienced in both construction planning, programme controls / monitoring and time related claims. He has twenty five years planning experience, twelve years in a managerial capacity. The majority of this experience being gained whilst permanently based on site. Graham has been the planning department manager for a major national contractor in the UK, responsible for staffing, procedures and pre and post contract planning. He has also been trained and appointed as an assessor for PDP candidates striving to achieve membership of the Chartered Institute of Building.
